We are sensitive to our client's needs and take as many precautionary measures as possible to make your experience pleasurable. On remodel projects, our main focus is to get in and get out, without compromising quality.
COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION

We pride ourselves in our organization and knowledge in our craft. With over 30 years of combined experience, we are among the few who are capable of taking a large commercial project from concept to creation. We work with developers, architects, & engineers on a daily basis and know exactly what to do when a project is awarded to us. Sit back, relax and watch your building come to life.
COMMERCIAL REMODEL

On the commercial remodel level, Salt Construction has some pretty strong credentials. This year, we have completed over 300 apartment unit remodels. Each phase consists of 8-9 units. Each of these units is demolished, new electrical, plumbing , and AC is installed. Drywall, trim, bath accessories, hardware, doors, kitchen cabinets, & new tile floors installed all in 21 days. That equates to a +/- 9,000 sqft space completely remodeled in 3 weeks. Can we keep up with stringent schedules? Sure.
HISTORICAL RENOVATIONS

We really appreciate how our predecessors built things. There was a lot of thought and time spent in every detail of these old buildings. You can almost feel the energy of a building that is 100 years old. Most items were done by hand and there is an "emotional" feeling you get when have the opportunity to recreate someone's masterpiece from 100 years ago. Needless to say, we take this portion of our business very seriously and spend a lot of time educating ourselves on early architecture so that we can be the best at what we do.
